This stone is from the family of marble stones. This stone is also known as Pars marble in other countries. The background color of this stone is black with short and irregular white lines. In appearance, it is similar to Lashotor marble, with the difference that the black color of the background in Najafabad marble is bolder and its white lines are shorter, longer, and more irregular, but in Lashotor marble, the background color tends to be gray and its white lines are longer and more regular.
Najafabad marble can be used in various parts of the building, especially interior decoration and as a pavement because it can transfer heat from the floor. The Najafabad marble stone is produced in the tile( block cutting), longitudinal, and slab(saw ).
The more uniform the color of the stone, the higher is the price. Also, larger and thicker dimensions of this type of stone have a higher price. Regarding the stone processing method, it should be considered that the resin used in the processing and the type of cutting has a great impact on the price of stone, as the costs related to cutting slabs by a saw are much higher than the block cutting. The face is peaking. Also, slab-processed stones have a higher quality than tile-processed stones.
